This type of paste as Acrylic paste main body, it belong to the high grade water based paste which is suitable for printing on cotton T/C fabric, knitted fabric and tatting fabric to print with white and colors Manual printing.
Main components: Acrylic Resin/ TiO2/ other auxiliary
Appearance: 9140: White paste: 9140C: Milky paste
pH value: 6.5--7.5
Property: High elasticity and covering ability, Great whiteness soft hands feel, non-stick. Have the high quality, suit for the middle and low grade products printing.
Process: Printing----naturally dry----cure at 130'C for 2 minutes----can pass the 40'C washing test 2 hours for 2 times, (basically pass the 60'C washing test for 2 hours. )

Pigment: Less than 10%,
Normal pigment will cause color migration.
Fluorescence pigment will cause poor elasticity.
We suggest the high-temp resistance and migration resistance pigment
White: 2% Normal: 2% Dark: 2%-3% clear render: 1%-2%
Attention: The paste must be used up in 4-6 hours after add the additive or it will lose efficacy of the hydrolyze, but it won't be gel. In high moisture or low temp weather, please extend the drying time to make sure printing completely dry. Be sure it dry completely before the washing test or it will affect the test effect. It has been tested before sells out. bases on different fabric and different operate it can get different effect. This kind of product haven't the ability of anti-sublimation, please check your fabric whether it can sublimation before use.
